The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to
management and staff personnel to include functions such as correspondence,
copying documents, documenting client correspondence, filing and filling in for
other administrative support staff as required.
Individual must build rapport over the telephone and in person,
presenting information in a professional and accurate manner.
This position involves utilizing available technology to
perform specific responsibilities efficiently; assisting clients in a pleasant
and professional manner; handling general internal and external communication
and correspondence clearly and concisely; and promoting a favorable image of
